The Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) recognized two exemplary institutions during a special awarding ceremony held on March 28, 2025 in conjunction with the closing ceremony of the Customized Program on Quality Assurance of TVET Institutions through Accreditation: A Roadmap for the Mongolian National Council for Education Accreditation (MNCEA).

In the ceremony, APACC President Prof. Dr. Suresh Kumar Dhameja, APACC President, and APACC Officer Ms. Julifer Madeja conferred the plaques and certificates of accreditation to Quezon National Agricultural School (QNAS) from the Philippines and Khugjil Polytechnic College (KPC) from Mongolia.

QNAS underwent its third accreditation cycle from December 9 to 11, 2024. After a comprehensive evaluation across APACC’s seven criteria, QNAS was awarded with the Silver-level Accreditation. Meanwhile, Khugjil Polytechnic College of Khovd Province, Mongolia, earned a Gold-level status in its first-ever APACC accreditation, which was conducted from September 18 to 20, 2024.

The ceremony honored the relentless efforts of both institutions in maintaining high standards in education and contributing to the region’s growing network of quality-assured TVET institutions.
