The Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC) hosted a working visit in the Philippines for officials from the Department of Community College Education (DCCE), Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE), Malaysia from December 11 - 13, 2012. The officials included Mr. Mohammad Nasir Bin Abdul Ghani, Director of Examination and Assessment Division; Mrs. Rohana Binti Zulkifli, Senior Principal Assistant Director of Policy and Curriculum Development Division; and Mrs. Roslina Binti Lapanditah, Director of Hulu Langat Community College.

The visit aims to provide an avenue for discussion and exchange of ideas about CPSC's programs, the Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) accreditation systems, and competency-based training. 

The Director General, Dr. Naim Yaakub, shared CPSC's programs and activities, with special focus on the APACC accreditation system. Other institutions visited included Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Women's Center in Taguig City, MFI Foundation in Pasig City, and Technological University of the Philippines - Manila.
