The MOU serves as an agreement between the parties to cooperate in exploring the potential for conducting joint training programs, projects and activities and new ventures in the field of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) such as joint research, publication and information dissemination; identification of opportunities for faculty and staff development and exchanging human resources expertise; and utilization and facilitation of training facilities and resources.

The understanding, which is valid for three years, is hoped to jump start the identification of concrete collaborative programs for mutual benefit of CPSC and CHMSC stakeholders.
