CPSC develops, designs and conducts regional and in-country programs as well as joint international workshops and conferences on a wide-ranging areas and topics. CPSC ensures that its programs are in consultation with member countries and its global partners and network of institutions.

From providing traditional courses for further professional education and training, CPSC embarked in conducting an array of demand-driven courses and programs touching base with issues that promote responsiveness of  TEVT institutions to technology trends, standardization and harmonization of TEVT systems through accreditation and certification, building of strong quality management of TEVT institutions and projects, enhancing industry and institution linkages and global partnerships and developing curricula on non-technical skills.

All are linked to achieving life-long learning and sustainable human resource development.
